Rahm Emanuel's Plan for Chicago

Lisa Leiter from Crain's Chicago sat down for an interview with Rahm Emanuel, the acknowledged front-runner in the race for mayor. In short order, he outlines his plan to cut taxes, improve city services, and create jobs. A tall order for sure, with unemployment in Chicago at almost 10%.

Check out Lisa's interview with Emanuel below and for more of the mayoral political roundup, check Greg Hinz's blog.

Sound Off!
Let me know what you think. Can Emanuel's plan work? Is he on the right track? Are there any other candidates for mayor who have a chance of winning? Are there better ideas and/or candidates out there?
