Overflow Coffee Bar Grand Opening Celebration Starts Friday April 1

Overflow Coffee Bar at 1550 S. State St. has been open for business since March 18, 2011, but their grand opening is scheduled for Friday, April 1. The doors will be open at 7 a.m. and staying open until 8 p.m. The first 300 customers will receive a free Overflow travel mug. When customers use the mug for a refill, they'll save $.30.

Overflow Coffee Bar is located in the Daystar Center at 1550 State St.

The grand opening celebration will also include live music. At 3 p.m. there will be classical and Spanish guitar performances. The festivities will continue on Saturday, April 2 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. DJ Toxxic spins tunes at 3 p.m. Overflow will be open until 5 p.m. on Saturday.     Nice video, Very well done. The only thing is, Overflow's video guy interviewed mostly Caucasian men. Is that his target market? I didn't think it was talking to me. However the quality of the video was good. Is it because it's on Vimeo vs You Tube I don't know. Maybe the production quality is good. Can't the owners run the video on both YouTube and Vimeo? Thanks for sharing. It shows an interesting dimension of your neighborhood and your blog.
