If all goes according to plan, The Scout Waterhouse and Kitchen will be open the first week in August (contrary to what their Web site says). South Loop Connection will attend a preview of The Scout. Check back here for the inside scoop.
Awesome.. soo close ! Any idea on when it'll actually open, and why it hasn't opened yet? It was supposed to open in may!
ReplyDeleteThere was a mention in the Red Eye last week that it is opening on August 1st. Not sure the reason for the delay.
