You may have noticed the increase in food trucks throughout the city. Just about any kind of food is available these days—meatballs, cupcakes, empanadas, macaroni and cheese—on the streets of Chicago. If you’re curious, or just a fan of food truck food, you may want to attend Trucking Thursday at Ethyl’s Beer and Wine Dive 324 S. Racine Ave. in the West Loop.
Local food trucks—including the South Loop’s own, Flavor 180—gather at Ethyl’s every week for pairings with Goose Island beer. This event also features live music. No cover will be charged.
