Last night Roosevelt Collection announced the signing of seven retail tenants, including H&M and Republic of Couture, as reported by Crain’s Chicago Business.
Since opening in 2009, ShowPlace ICON Theatres was the Roosevelt Collection’s only tenant. Other tenants that have signed leases, announced last night, include BlackFinn American Grill, Z Gallerie, Chico Loco, Mexican restaurant, White House | Black Market, and Francesca’s Collection.
Crain’s reported that Ultra Salon and Fleet Feet Sports had signed leases earlier in the week.
Roosevelt Collection is a mixed-use development with more than 340 modern residential lofts situated above 400,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space located at 150 W. Roosevelt Rd.
