Around the South Loop: 2011 Volume 8: Fog and Flowers

Today gave us hope that spring would visit us once again. The weather--a bit chilly in the morning and foggy for most of the afternoon--was warm enough to get people out and about, here in the South Loop and downtown.

People were out and about along Michigan Ave. and Monroe.

The misty fog that hung around the city for much of the day, seemed to cut the skyline in half. Many of the city's tallest buildings were hidden from view, making for some interesting pictures.

The Aon Building seems to have been lopped in half.

If Jewell is selling flowers, it must be spring!
