Rosebud Turns 40

Rosebud restaurants is celebrating 40 years in Chicago. Chicago native Alex Dana purchased the Italian Men’s Supper Club. That became the first Rosebud restaurant on Taylor Street in Little Italy.

The restaurant’s signature dishes include Chicken Vesuvio and Pappardelle (square noodles) were introduced. A more modern specialty is Eggplant Salad.
