It's a dog's lifeBring your furry friend to the first annual Dog Day festival on Sunday August 2, 2009. The event will take place at Soldier Field on the Green Area (S. Museum Campus Drive) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
No reservations required
According to Chicago City Clerk, Miguel del Valle, "This event will bring together dog owners, animal organizations, vendors, and a variety of dog services under one roof in a controlled and festive family environment." This event is free and requires no registration, so just show up with Fido and get ready to have some fun while you're learning about canine health, exercise, and nutrition.
