Chicago or San Francisco?

With the fog hanging around for most of the day, the city on the lake was looking more like the city by the bay.

It isn't the spray from the fountain obscuring the view of downtown.

This view looking north up S. Michigan Ave. from Roosevelt Rd. makes it look as if the loop is vanishing.
