When the city is out in force ticketing and towing vehicles in the South Loop. For anyone who lives in the neighborhood (and those passing through), the speed at which vehicles were towed last night was pretty amazing. All those towed vehicles undoubtedly cause headaches for their owners, but when you’re watching from the sidelines, it can be quite entertaining.One flatbed truck had two motorcycles, a small SUV on the bed, and another SUV hitched up to the back. Amazing!
