What: South Loop development proposal open house, and opportunity for community residents to meet with developers proposing a range of projects in the south loop. Developers will have displays, posters, and other information, and be available for conversations and Q&A with attendees. There will be no presentations, per se, but rather time to talk, ask questions, and then share your thoughts with the Greater South Loop Association board and local elected officials. Attendees can stop by for 15 minutes or two hours – this flexible format can accommodate many levels of interest and availability. While the event is free to attend, in order to help the GSLA track numbers, they’re asking that you register in advance.
Where: Vice District Brewing, 1454 S. Michigan
When: Monday, November 2, 6p.m. to 8 p.m.
Why: There are many Big – Big – developments proposed for the South Loop. This is a chance to talk with those developers, ask questions about everything from timing to design, and be a part of shaping this exciting time in the South Loop. Plus, meet some neighbors over a great Vice District brew. Light refreshments will be served.
