Join your South Loop neighbors for the 20th annual Loft Walk. To celebrate the occasion, the walk features a special “Deck the Halls” version of the event. This highly anticipated event offers visitors a unique experience to see inside 8-12 urban residences and businesses. 

This is the South Loop Neighbor’s most successful fundraiser of the year and all proceeds will benefit the 501(c)(3) non-profit community organization.

South Loop Candidates Forum Saturday

2nd and 3rd Ward Candidate Forum

A 2^nd and 3^rd Ward Aldermanic Candidate Forum is scheduled for Saturday, February 12, 2011. The forum, jointly sponsored by South Loop Neighbors and Greater South Loop Association, will be held at Columbia College, 1104 S. Wabash Ave. Third Ward forum begins at 9 a.m., followed by a meet and greet at 10:30 a.m. Second Ward forum begins at 11 a.m.

Candidates invited and expected to attend include Jim Bosco (2^nd Ward), Melissa Callahan (2^nd Ward), Pat Dowell (3^rd Ward), Bob Fioretti (2^nd Ward), Enrique Perez (2^nd Ward), Genita Robinson (2^nd Ward), Federico Sciammarella (2^nd Ward), and Ebony Tillman (3^rd Ward).
