La Tanya’s LT BODYWORKS offers an intensive 4-week outdoor fitness boot camp. Boot camp, includes short distance runs, agility drills, medicine ball work, and resistance training. Participants meet at Grant Park (corner of Michigan and Rosevelt) at 6 – 7 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
A San Francisco, CA, native, La Tanya has over 14 years experience as a personal trainer. She earned a BA in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University. She is also NCEP, ISSA, and Mat Pilates certified. La Tanya’s experience also includes coaching men’s and women’s volleyball and teaching.
