Wabash Ave., Legends has been a South Loop mainstay for over 20 years.
Chicago Blues at its Best
Buddy Guy’s Legends opened in June of 1989. Since its opening, it’s reputation as the premier blues club in the country has never been challenged. Guy himself is a blues legend, not just in Chicago, but around the world. His blues club has featured local, national, and international talent. Some of the famous performers gracing the Legends stages, include Van Morrison, Bo Diddley, The Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, John Mayer, The Pointer Sisters, Junior Wells, The Black Crowes, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. And that is in no way a complete list!
Pieces of Music History
Besides the legendary talent, Legends is a repository of music memorabilia, including guitars signed by B.B. King, Carlos Santana, and Eric Clapton.
